摘要
基于峭度对脉冲激励敏感的特点 ,将柴油机气缸爆发压力假想为脉冲激励 ,提出了利用扭振峭度定性诊断柴油机单缸熄火故障的方法 ,还定义了扭振波形的特征参数 ,结合模糊和神经网络技术对熄火缸位置进行了判别 .利用成熟计算程序和算例对这一方法进行了仿真 ,结果表明该方法有效可行 。
A new method of diagnosing cylinder misfire by using kurtosisness of torsional vibration is introduced.Kurtosisness is a pulse sensitive parameter.When the combustion pressure is taken as a pulse force,the kurtosisness of torsional vibration of diesel is steady when engine is 'healthy'.Simulations show that the kurtosisness will decrease when one cylinder misfires. Several diagnostic parameters were defined by analyzing the waveform of diesel torsional vibration.Based on fuzzy pattern recognition and neural network techniques,a new method is proposed for diagnosing the position of misfired cylinder.Simulation results show that this method can achieve satisfactory diagnosis.
