摘要
实验发现调质处理和高温淬火的 4 5 #钢试样的裂纹周围均出现了“类流态”胞区 ,测定了胞区与基体的显微硬度 ,发现裂纹周围的“类流态”胞区比基体软 ,利用原子间结合力及薛罗根方程分析了裂纹形成与“类流态”现象相互促进的关系 .
The 'quasi fluid'cells appeared around the cracks of the 45 # steel samples quenched and tempered and quenched under the high temperature in the experiments,the microrigidity of the cells and matrix was measured,the fact that 'quasi fluid' cells were softer than matrix was discovered,the relation between crack formed and 'quasi fluid' phenomenon was analysised using atomic association force and Schlgl equation.
