摘要
用差示扫描量热法研究了 CDR- 94 18改性双马树脂固化反应动力学 .从反应动力学基本方程出发 ,采用微分法得到等温固化反应表观活化能 E、反应速率常数 k和反应级数 n.用基辛格 (kissinger)方程 ,得出了不同升温速率下的非等温固化反应表观活化能和频率因子A,并用 kissinger法估算出形状因子 S和反应级数 n.结果表明 ,等温反应级数和反应速率常数随固化温度提高而增大 ,4 6 0 K时接近一级反应 ;而非等温反应级数随着升温速率的增大而减小 .
The kinetics of the curing reaction of CDR 9418 modiflied bismaleimide was studied by DSC(differential scanning calorimetry). From the basic dynamic equation, the kinetic parameters such as overall activation energy, and reaction order of isothermal curing reaction were gained by differentiation. Kissinger's method was applied to multiple DSC curves obtained at various heating rates to evaluate the nonisothdermal overall activation energy and frequency factor, while the value of n was estimated according to the shape index in Kissinger's method. The results show that the reaction order n and the reaction rate constant k of the isothermal curing reaction increases with the rise of curing temperature,n inclines to 1 at 460K; and n of the nonisothdermal curing reaction reduces with the rise of the rise of the heating rate.
