摘要
三峡主体工程混凝土采用非活性集料 ,高掺优质粉煤灰 ,制定了严于国家标准的混凝土碱含量最高限值标准 ,通过复掺高效减水剂和引气剂等技术 ,降低了混凝土单位用水量、减少了水泥用量。同时 ,严格限制混凝土原材料碱含量 ,降低了混凝土总碱量 ,起到了综合预防碱集料反应 (AAR)的作用。
In the concrete construction of Sanxia Project,engineers use many methods to comprehensively prevent Alkaline Aggregate Reaction (AAR).They include adopting inactive aggregate and high quality flyash,establishing a alkaline content limit standard which is more strict than the national standard,and adding high\|performance water\|reducing agents and air\|addition agents.These methods also have decreasing quantity of water and cement in unit concrete,restricting alkaline content in raw material of concrete to reduce total alkaline content in concrete.
