According to problems existing applications of concrete expansion agent in China,authors present advice about how to properly use expansion agent.Many methods,including selection of expansion agents'quality,shrinkage\|compensation concrete proportion design with limited expansion rate,improving proper reinforcement distribution in structure design and enhancing construction management etc.,should be combined with concrete expansion agents to solve the problem of crack and seepage control in building structure.
