摘要
以沉淀二氧化硅为载体 ,吸附硝酸银后 ,在 5 0 0℃下灼烧 ,制备了具有抗菌功能的载银沉淀二氧化硅抗菌剂 ,并检验了其抗菌性能 ;还对抗菌剂的抗菌机理进行了初步探讨 .测试结果表明 ,沉淀二氧化硅的载银量在 7%以上时 ,所制备的抗菌剂对绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌的杀菌率达到 10 0 % ,具有优异的抗菌性能 ,可用于抗菌塑料、抗菌食品包装、抗菌卫生纸和抗菌纺织制品等领域 .
As an antibacterial agent,precipitated silica with antibacterial activity can be used to prevent contamination of bacteria in food package paper,plastics children toys,and textiles.Therefore the application of precipitated silica with antibacterial activity has important significance to diminish diseases induced by pathogenic bacteria.However,studies on this agent have not been reported in literatures.In this paper,precipitated silica with antibacterial activity was prepared by adsorbing Ag + onto porous precipitated silica then burning it at 500℃ in order to reduce Ag +.The antibacterial performance of precipitated silica was tested,and the result showed that precipitated silica carrying nanometre silver particles has a 100% bectericidal activity on E.coli,P.aeruginosa,S.faecalis and S.aureus when the content of Ag carried on precipitated silica amounts to 7%.Finally,the antibacterial mechanism of the precipitated silica carrying Ag was primarily discussed.
