Calculation of Long Periodic Waves Transmit in the South China Sea

基于 Sverdrup-Munk 有效波理论,选取了—年间的南海水文气象资料,阐述了南海涌 19902000 浪传播的特性和规律,并建立了南海涌浪的计算公式,计算结果表明计算值与实测值无系统偏差。

This paper is based on the Sverdrup-Munk available wave exoterica, with the hydrological and meteorologic data in the South China Sea between 1990 and 2000. The characteristics and changing laws of the ground swell transmit in the South China Sea are given, andits calculating model has been established in this paper. The calculated result shows that the calculated ground swell heights are basically consistent with those measured.
