加强观测网建设促进数值预报业务发展 被引量:5

摘要 现有观测网的粗分辨率已成为影响初值场精度从而制约数值预报质量提高的主要因素之一。改善和加强我国现有的观测网对提高我国数值预报准确率至关重要。利用观测系统模拟试验的方法确定在有限的经费投入前提下最佳的观测系统配置。条件成熟时进行一次展示观测的加强对数值预报效果影响的大型外场试验 ,以检验根据观测系统模拟试验结果而加强的观测是否能有效地提高数值预报水准。
