摘要
In the past,Chinese land-use policies were differently adopted according to different land-users.For example,a state-owned enterprise could be granted land-use right by means of allocation,but a foreign enterprise by means of sale or lease.Obviously it is not accordant with WTO principles.After entering WTO,China need further adjust land-use and management policies,especially for foreign enterprises.
