阐述了智能化住宅是现代计算机技术、现代网络通信技术、现代智能技术、现代控制技术与建筑艺术、环境艺术的有效结合 ,从通讯网络系统、管理系统、住宅智能化与环境几方面进行了论述。指出智能化住宅和智能小区建设的目标是以人为本 ,向住户提供方便、快捷的信息通信 ,安全舒适的居住环境 。

In the paper the effective combination of architectural art and environmental art with modern computer technology, modern network communication technology, modern intelligent technology and modern control technology is elaborated. And the residential intelligence is discussed from some aspects such as network communication system, management system, residential intelligent system and environment. Author point out that the construction aim of intelligent residence and district is regarding human being as the basis and provide the convenient and quick information communication, safe and comfortable living conditions and high efficient and convenient real estate management.
