构造柱的工程质量问题及治理措施

设置钢筋混凝土构造柱是提高多层砖混结构房屋抗震能力的一种措施 ,已被普遍采用。但目前在施工中出现了多方面的质量问题 ,大大地影响了结构的安全 ,必须引起高度重视。有些管理人员对构造柱的作用原理认识不清 ,使构造柱发挥不了应有的作用 ,不仅达不到抗震的目的 ,反而影响了结构的安全 ,因此必须提高对构造柱的工程质量意识 ,研究其治理措施。

Setting reinforced concrete constructional column is a kind of measures to enhance the earthquake resistance of high rise brick masonry structure building. This method has been widely adopted. But many sided quality problems exited in construction. Some have become common faults. Those problems influence the safety of structure, so they should be paid more attention. Because in construction some managers did not understand the principle of constructional column clearly, this cause the action of constructional column is not played completely and the aim of earthquake resistance cannot be acquired. The treatment measures must be studied to enhance the engineering quality of constructional column.
