建筑物裂缝成因浅析

Genetic analysis of building cracks

积多年工程监督检查之经验 ,对建筑物常见裂缝的成因从力和变形的角度进行了分析。首先 ,根据裂缝的形状 ,将它分为拉裂缝和压裂缝两种 ,进而详细论述了这两种裂缝形成的种种原因。并指出在建筑物设计及施工过程中必须充分考虑整个施工过程力的变化 。

Based on the experiences of engineering quality supervision author analyzes the producing reason of cracks in the building from two aspects: force and deforming. First according to the form of cracks it can be sorted as drawing cracks and press cracks. So the producing reasons of the two kinds of cracks are discussed in detail. Author thinks that in the design and construction the change of force should be considered in whole construction process to avoid the cracks.
