摘要
综合叙述了硒硫化镉颜色玻璃的制造过程。介绍了硒硫化玻璃的着色机理及ZnO所起的作用。分析了着色剂的用量以及着色剂的Se/CdS比值对玻璃透光曲线的影响。分析了二次显色湿度对玻璃透光曲线的影响程度、显色温度与时间之间的关系 。
The production process of selenium cadmium sulfide glass is summarized and the stained mechanism of selenium cadmium sulfide glass is introduced. The influence of stain quantity and Se/CdS ratio to transmittance curve are analyzed. The influence degree of secondary color temperature for transmittance curve and the relationship between color temperature and time are pointed out. At last the matters needing attention in production are proposed to acquire high quality glass.
