In this paper the reason of miss type selection of fan coil units system under some conditions are analyzed. Those conditions contain not checking the actual air volume, the difference between nominal air volumes in test work condition and air volumes in actual work condition and resistance of new adding air system. The type selection method under condition of and the reply measures and adverse influence under the condition of are proposed.
