机械球磨对电站锅炉高温防腐涂层性能的影响

摘要 采用不同时间的高能球磨法 (机械活化 )制备微细化粉体 ,并利用凝胶技术制成陶瓷涂料 ,粘涂后测量涂层与基体的结合强度。结果表明 :球磨 3h ,涂层的结合强度明显提高 ;球磨后粉体长时间放置 ,存在粉体团聚问题 ,会降低其使用性能。 Ceramic coatings were formed with mechanically activated powder and gel technique, and the adhesive strength was measured. The result shows that after three hours mechanical milling, the adhesive strength improved obviously, and that the properties of coatings maybe degraded. Due to the reunite process when the mechanically activated powder is stored for a long time.
