摘要
本文针对某层建筑地下室三层核心筒混凝土出现的蜂窝、孔洞、露筋和墙体裂缝等多种质量事故,采用超声回弹法及钻芯法进行检测,评估核心筒质量事故部位混凝土区域强度。依据检测鉴定结果,对地下室各构件分别采用不同混凝土强度等级进行计算,分析不同混凝土旨度等级引起结构位移、墙柱轴压比的变化,论证其对建筑物抗震性能的影响。最后根据地下室核心筒的受力特征,提出处理该质量事故的一种思路及加固处理方法,供同类工程质量事故的加固处理参考。
The quality defects such as cells,holes,exposed steel bars and cracks of the three basement inner cores of a highrise building are surveyed by ul trasonic rebound method and core drilling method,the concrete strength of the inner cores with quality defects have been evalu ated.The components in the basement s are calculated in different concre te strength ac-cording to the tested results,the va riation of the displacement and the a xial compression ratios of the walls and columns caused by the different concrete strength a re analyzed,the consequent effects on the seismic property are also disc ussed.Based upon the mechanical properties of the basement inner cores,a treatment method and renovation to the quality defects are introduced as a reference for strengthening the quality defecs of the same kind.
