The simple mesh is introduced to serve as a new constructed interconnection network, it can be obtained from the general mesh by deleting exactly one incident edge of each node in the general mesh. Subsequently, the topological properties between the two meshes are compared, and a broadcasting algorithm without redundant messages is proposed.
