摘要
本文通过对冬小麦品种 PH82 - 2 - 2辐射诱变处理 ,在无零下温度条件下 ,获得了春性突变后代 ,选育出农大 941 1 8品系。试验结果还指出 ,冬小麦辐射诱变后获得的春性突变体 ,性状变异幅度大 ,突变谱宽 ,供选择的余地大 。
Spring wheat mutant has been obtained from winter wheat, PH82 2 2, mutated by 60Co under summer condition. A new spring wheat strain, NONG DA 94118, has been achieved. The result also shows that spring wheat mutant mutaed from winter wheat has larger variation and mutation. This is an effective way for spring wheat breeding.
