民族地区的高等学校作为民族地区的人才培养基地,应主动面向经济建设的主战场,要依据现阶段我国民族地区的人力资源形式和经济结构发生的新变化,积极拓宽教育投资渠道、扩大培养规模、认同民族文化并使之产业化,高校领导要熟练掌握激励知识分子的艺术,热情扶持少数民族干部。

Tertiary colleges in the ethnic minority areas should meet the needs of economic development that is our central task.They should,in accordance with the forms of human resources and the new change of the economic structure in the ethnic minority areas at the present stage,expand the channels of education investment and extend the scale of personnel training.Particularly,college leaders need to be good at the art of motivating intellectuals and fervently support ethnic minority cadres.
