The management work of college freshmen should centre on the following aspects:situation and policy education;ideal education;education in college discipline and regulations,study style and class spirit;education in objectives of training and concepts of specialty;strengthening class collective building;bringing campus culture and family education into play;etc.All this will help the freshmen change their roles in good time and adapt themselves to college study and life,thus laying a good foundation for their future study and development.
