摘要
人才流失在我国高新技术企业普遍存在,流失方向多为外资企业和跨国集团,有可能对企业发展构成致命威胁。工作报酬不合理,缺乏员工培训系统,组织文化建设落后,高素质人才的流动情结,道德风险问题,家庭问题,来自企业与员工双方的原因为无序流动推波助澜,也是合理控制员工流动必须解决的问题。
Currently,the loss of qualified personnel in hi-tech enterprises is a problem that merit our attention.It may exert a major impact on the existence and development of the enterprises.So this paper analyses the status quo of the loss of qualified personnel in hi-tech enterprises,discusses its causes and calls for active measures to keep qualified personnel in hi-tech enterprises.
