摘要
采用交流复阻抗法来确定一种固体电解质材料的直流电导率,是通过测量这种材料的欧姆电阻来实现的。即在不同频率下,将复数阻抗表示在复平面上,其特点是把被研究的对象用一系列电阻与电容的串联和并联的等效电路来表示。它一方面可以避免电极上极化现象的产,另一方面可将固体电解质的状态和电极的状态分开。本文以0.5Li_2O-0.5P_2O_5非晶态玻璃为例,由实验得到的铂/0.5Li_2O-0.5O_5/铂测量盒的整体阻抗谱与由纯电阻R和纯电容C并联的理想等效电路的阻抗谱进行类比,从而导出在给定温度下固体电解质直流电导率的计算公式。
Determining the birect current electrical conbuctivity of a kind of solid electrolyte materials by alternating current complex impedance is carried out by surveying the Ohm resistance of this material, that is tosay, in different frequencies, the complex impedance is indicated on a complex plane, which is characterized by using the equivalent circuit of a parallel and a series connection by a series of electric resistances and electric capacities to indicate the object of study.This method, on the one hand, oan avoid producing the polarization phenomehon in the electrode on the other hand, it can separate the state of solid electrolyte from that of the electrode.Using 0.5Li_2O-0.5P_2O_5 noncrystalline glass, we have obtained the whole imedance spectrum of the surveying box鈥?Plal inufn/0.5Li_2O-0.5P2_O_5/Platinum', Comparing the spectrum with that of an ideal equivalent circuit in parallel connection by pure electric resistances anb capacities, we can deduce the formula of calculating the direct current electrical conductivty of Solid electrolyte unber the given temperature.
