This paper discusses how to use monoprocessorss to control the technolgical scale of automation and its basic principle. Some block diagrams of software and hardware circuits are shown. In the design of circuits, solid—state relays are used instead of AC contrsctors snd photoelect ric devices to ptevent statics in orderto fulfill non—contract point programming control, thus preventing electro—sparks in production and promoting technical innovstion inenteprises.
