New Requirement for Teachers by Modern Distance Education

目前我国社会和经济的发展对远程教育提出了迫切的需求,以高新技术为依托,以数字化,交互式,网络化等方式传送多媒体信息的现代远程教育被认为是一种崭新的教育模式而倍受推崇,其强大的生命力和先进的教学手段不可漠视。如何迅速适应全新的教育环境和模式,做驾驭现代电子信息技术的远程教育专家,成为教师面临的重要课题。本文分析了现代远程教育条件下教学模式的蕴涵及其对教师能力的新要求。

This article analyzes new requirements of modern distance education for tutors. The development of so-ciety and economy in China puts forward the urgent demand for distance education at present. Supported by new and hightechnology, with digitalization, interactive, the way modern distance education of conveying the multimedia informationsuch as being networked is considered to be a kind of brand--new educational pattern and praised highly extremely, itsstrong vitality and advanced teaching means can't be ignored. How to meet brand--new education environment and moderapidly and become expert controlling electronic information technology, is an important subject that a teacher faces.
