The Control System of the Efficient Exit of State-owned Capital from the Competitive Field

本文构建了包括有关国有资本从竞争领域企业退出的系列法律法规、专门负责退出机构和退出援助等三大要素的控制系统。通过控制系统三要素相互作用和制约 ,使国有资本从竞争领域企业有效退出 ,实现产权结构多元化 。

The present thesis establishes a control system that consists of 3 factors of a series of laws and rules of the exit of state owned capital from the competitive enterprises, the departments in charge of the exit, and assistance to the exit. With the interaction and interrestriction of the three factors an efficient exit will be effected, and the diversification of the property right structure and the setting up of the system of socialist economy will be achieved.
