摘要
目的 探讨严重腹腔感染时急性胃粘膜损伤的发病机制。方法 应用大鼠盲肠结扎加穿孔模型 ,在不同时相点检测大鼠血中血小板活化因子 (PAF)水平、胃粘膜pH值 (pHi)、胃粘膜电位差 (PD)、胃粘膜血流量 (GMBL)及胃粘膜溃疡指数 (UI)。结果 严重腹腔感染后 ,血PAF水平及UI明显升高 ,pHi、PD、GMBL显著下降 ;应用PAF拮抗剂WEB2 170治疗后 ,血PAF水平及UI明显降低 ,pHi、PD、GMBL显著回升。胃粘膜组织学损伤程度明显减轻。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of acute gastric mucosal injury in serious abdominal infection.Methods A model of cecal ligaste and perforated(CLP) of rat was used in this experiment. The level of blood platelet activating factor(PAF),intermucosal pH(pHi), gastric mucosal potential difference(PD), gastric mucosal blood flow(GMBL), gastric mucosal ulcer index(UI) were measured at several phasic points.Results In CLP rats, the level of blood PAF elevated markedly and gastric mucosal UI increased signficantly. The intermucosal pH, gastric mucosal PD and GMBL decreased markedly. Treated with PAF antagonist WEB2170 could reduced the level of blood PAF and decreased gastric mucosal UI signficantly. WEB 2170 could significantly increased the intermucosal pH, gastric mucosal PD and GMBL and reduced the pathological damage on gastric mucosal.Conclusion PAF is one of important factors induced the acute gastric mucosal injury in serious abdominal infection.
