单开门椎管成形术治疗颈椎病28例疗效分析

目的 观察单开门颈椎椎管成形术治疗颈椎管狭窄症的效果。方法 采用中野式单开门法行颈椎椎管成形椎管扩大 ,对其临床特点 ,手术方法 ,进行讨论。结果 2 8例脊髓型颈椎病经过 5年随访疗效满意。结论 单开门颈椎椎管成形术是一种简单。

Objective To observe the results of the expansive open door laminoplasty of the cervical spine for cervical spinal stenotic myelopathy.Methods Twenty eight cases of cervical spinal stenotic myelopathy underwent an operation of the expansive open door laminoplasty of the cervical spine.The clinical characteristics and operational methods were evaluated.Results The 5 year follow up showed a significant result.Conclusion The expansive open door laminoplasty of the cervical spine is a simple and safe operation for cervical spinal stenotic myelopathy.
