足窍阴放血治疗高颅压头痛40例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of 40 Cases of Headache due to High Intracranial Pressure with Blood-Letting at Zuqiaoyin(GB 44) Point Com bined with Medicine

目的：利用足窍阴穴放血缩短高颅 压头痛时间以减少患者焦躁情绪，利于原发病的治疗。方法：治疗组在 使用降颅压药物的基础上加用穴位治疗，每日１次，３次为一疗程。结果： 治疗组中患者的头痛时间缩短，３日之内疼痛缓解９５．０％，对照组１５．０％。结 论：足窍阴放血可有效缓解高颅压引起的头痛。

Purpose To adopt blood-letting at Zuqiaoyin[BF](GB 44) to shorten the pain-lasting time and relieve impatients in the patients of high intracranial pressure, so as to help to treat primary d i seases. Methods In the treatment group, acupoint treatmen t was given on the basis of administration of drugs for decreasing the intracran ial pressure, once each day, 3 times constituting one course. Results In the treatment group, the time of headache was shortened and pain was relieved within 3 days by 95.0%， and in the control group, only by 15.0% . Conclusion Blood-letting at Zuqiaoyin[BF](GB 44) can r elieve headache induced by high intracranial pressure.
