摘要
目的:探讨植物神经系统在针刺信 号传导中的作用。方法:选择全麻下行颅内肿瘤切除术患者5例。在术 中 针刺双侧厉兑、涌泉等穴,以电针仪电针20 min。统计针刺前、中、后收缩压(SBP)、 舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)的变化。结果:全组针刺期 间与针刺前后比较,SBP增加22.40±3.19 mmHg(P<0.05)、DBP增加12.00±1 .41 mmHg(P<0.01)、MAP 增加15.99±1.65 mmHg(P<0.001)、HR增加24 .00±6.66 bpm(P<0.05)。结论: 全麻后,针刺仍能引起血压和心率增加的正性心力作用。
Purpose To explore the action of vegetative nervous system on the conduction of acupuncture stimulation. Methods Five patients undergoing intracranial tumor rese ction under general anesthesia were selected and treated with electroacupuncture at bilateral Lidui(ST 45) and Yongquan(KI 1) for 20 min. Systolic blood pre ssure(SPB), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), mean arterial pressure(MAP) and heart rate(HR) were recorded before, during and after acupuncture. Results As during acupuncture compared with before and after acupuncture,SB P was increased by 22.40±3.19 mmHg(P<0.05), DBP increased by 12.00 ±1.41 mmHg(P<0.01), MAP increased by 15.99±1.65 mmHg(P<0 .001) and HR increased by 24.00±6.66 bpm(P<0.05). Conclu sion During general anesthesia, acupuncture stimulation can bring ab out positive cardiodynamical effects on blood pressure and heart rate.
