针刺、中药、针药结合对吗啡成瘾大鼠脱毒效应的对比观察

Control Study on Nacotic-Abstaining Effects of Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine and Combination of Acupuncture with Chinese Medicine for the Rat of Morphine Addiction

方法：利用吗啡成瘾大鼠模型，比 较针刺、中药、针药结合脱毒的效应。结果：3种疗法均有一定的脱毒 作用，与自然戒断组比较差异有显著意义，3组间比较差异无显著性意义，针刺与解痉镇痛 中药结合后没有产生明显的增效作用，并且三种疗法本身无明显成瘾性。

Methods To compare nacotic-abst aining effects of acupuncture, Chinese medicine and combination of acupuncture w ith Chinese medicine in the rat of morphine addiction. Results The three kinds of treatment methods have a certain nacotic-abstaining ef fect with a significant difference as compared with that of the natural withdraw ing group, but there was no significant difference among the 3 treatment groups; the combination of acupuncture with antispasmodic and analgesic Chinese drug di d not produce obvious effect-increasing action, and the 3 kinds of treatment di d not have obvious addiction.
