Evaluation of Clinical Effectiveness of Acupuncture on Facial Paralysis by Evidence Based Medicine

本文采用循证医学和临床流行病学评价文献质 量的原则和方法全面检索建国以来针灸治疗面瘫的临床研究文献并对所有文献进行方法学质 量评价，重点对针灸治疗面瘫的临床疗效进行分析评价，寻求针灸治疗面瘫到目前为止确有 疗效的可靠证据。为针灸临床疗效的评价与研究提供科学依据与研究方法。

All the related papers published in the past 50 years are searched and assessed according to the international standards and clinical epidemiology for investigating clinical research situation in acupunct ure treatment of facial paralysis. The present paper focuses on evaluating clini cal effectiveness of acupuncture on facial paralysis so as to establish reliabil ity of therapeutic effect of acupuncture treatment on facial paralysis. It provi des scientific basis and method for evaluation of clinical effectiveness and stu dies of acupuncture.
