RP-HPLC测定冻疮神水中欧前胡素的含量

DETERMINATION OF IMPERATORIN IN TINCTURE DONGCHUANG SHENSHUI BY RP-HPLC

目的 采用RP -HPLC测定冻疮神水中欧前胡素的含量。方法 采用乙醚液萃取。大连hypersilC18色谱柱分离测定 ,流动相为甲醇 - 0 .2 %H3 PO4 (6 5∶35 ) ,流速 1ml·min-1,检测波长 2 48nm。结果 欧前胡素与其相邻峰的分离度是 1.5 ,理论板数按欧前胡素峰计为 136 80 ,线性范围 0 .2 6 8～ 10 .76 μg ,r =0 .9999。平均加样回收率为98.5 7%,RSD =3.79%(n =7) ,3批样品平均含量为 0 .0 0 77mg·ml-1。结论 该法操作简便 ,结果准确。

OBJECTIVE RP-HPLC method was developed for the determination of imperatorin in tincture Dongchuang Shen- shui.METHODS The sample was extracted with ether. Chromatographic conditions included a hypersil C 18 column,the mobile phase was methanol-0.2%H 3PO 4(65∶35), flow rate was 1 ml·min -1;wavelength of detector at 248 nm.RESULTS The number of theoretical plates calculated by imperatorin peak was 13680,the linear range of standard curve was 0.268～10.76 μg,r= 0.9999. The average recovery was 98.57%,with RSD=3.79%(n=7).The average content of imperatorin in three batches samples was 0.077 mg·min -1.CONCLUSION The method was sensitive, rapid and accurate.
