摘要 一氧化氮 (NO)与关节炎的发病机制密不可分 ,某些一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)抑制剂能有效抑制关节炎的发生和发展过程。综述 NO参与关节炎发病机制及 Nitric oxide(NO) is closely related to the pathogenesis of arthritis. The appropriate nitric oxide synthase(NOS) inhibitor can efficiently inhibit the attack and progression of arthritis. The recent research advances of NO in arthritis and NOS inhibitors for the therapy of arthritis were reviewed.
