摘要
目的探讨生脉注射液、生脉饮、生脉胶囊三种制剂的抗氧自由基作用,并对其作用作了比较.方法用邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法测定羟自由基(*OH);用改进的邻苯三酚自氧化法测定超氧阴离子自由基(O(-)/(*)2).结果三种剂型生脉散均有清除O(-)/(*)2和*OH的能力,与对照管比较差异均有高度显著性(P<0.01),各剂型之间无显著差异(P>0.05).结论三种剂型生脉制剂均有较强的清除氧自由基作用.
ObjectiveTo explore and compare the therapeutic effects of three proprietary forms of Shengmai Preparation (Shengmai Injection, Shengmai Drink and Shengmai Capsule) in the eradication of hydroxyl radicals (·OH) and superoxide anion radicals (O -· 2).Methods ·OH produced in H2O2/Fe 2+ system can oxidize phenanthrolene -Fe 2+ into phenanthrolene -Fe 3+ , so the extent of ·OH activity was measured by method of phenanthrolene -Fe 2+ oxidation and (O -· 2) activity by improved method of pyrogallol auto-oxidation. The maximal absorption of phenanthrolene -Fe 2+ at 536 nm wave length (A 536 ) decreased when it was oxidized into Fe 3+ state. The presence of ·OH eradicator in reaction system would depress the reduction of A 536 . Results Comparing the degree of A536 reduction, all three forms of Shengmai Preparation showed ability of ·OH and (O -· 2) eradication, there were no significant differences among them each other (P>0.05). But significant differences existed in comparison with the results of control tubes (P<0.01). Conclusion All three forms of Shengmai Preparation possess stronger ability for eradication of oxygen free radicals.
