摘要 目的探讨高氧液治疗颅脑损伤的作用和安全性.方法进行开放式平行对照实验,选择颅脑损伤后6 h以内入院的无复合伤患者20例,接受高氧液治疗(500 ml静脉输注,每天两次)全疗程两周.以未使用高氧液治疗及高压氧的同类患者20例作为对照组,分析比较动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、颅内压(ICP)和格拉斯哥昏迷记分(GCS)等生理及神经功能指标变化情况.结果治疗组在高氧液输注后血氧分压明显高于对照组.颅内压增高速度及程度低于对照组,两周后GCS昏迷记分高于对照组.结论颅脑损伤患者早期使用高氧液治疗有助于改善脑组织缺血缺氧,减轻脑水肿,缩短神志恢复时间. ObjectiveTo study the therapeutic effects and safety of high-oxygen liquid used early in the treatment of brain injuries. MethodsOpen-type experiment with parallel controls was carried out. Forty patients with brain injury were divided into two groups: ① Treated group-20 patients without compound trauma were admitted 6 hours after their brain injury. The high-oxygen liquid was administered by drop infusion (500ml i.v. b.i.d.) for 2 wks;②Control group-another 20 patients who were not treated by high-oxygen liquid and high-pressure oxygen served as controls. The changes of physiological and neurofunctional markers in both groups were compared, including arterial blood oxygen pressure (PaO 2), intracranial pressure (ICP) and the Glasgow coma scale (GCS) etc. ResultsThe PaO 2 in treated group after infusion of high-oxygen liquid was significantly higher than that of control group; the GCS of the former after 2 wks was also higher than the latter, while elevated ICP in treated group was lowered simultaneously. ConclusionEarly application of high-oxygen liquid therapy in patients with brain injury can decrease brain anoxia and prevent brain edema from increasing of ICP, thus hasten the recovery of coma. brain injuries/TH; oxygen/AD; oxygen/TUtion of young concrete has significant effect on the long term strength and durability of concrete. The electrical property of concrete provides a direct and practical method for monitoring and investigating the hydration process of young concrete. This study developed an advanced system for measurement of electrical parameters, used to study the electrical properties of young concrete. The test results provided the electric parameters for concretes with different water binder ratios and different mineral admixture incorporations. The variations and characteristics of the measured electrical parameters were closely related to the physical and chemical properties of young concrete. These parameters were used to analyze and study the hydration process of young concrete.
