本文认为“中正直”是法与德的原始共性及其实践归旨 ,“善义美”是法与德的至高境界及其审美崇尚 ;古代华夏法道德美学的历史渊源于“羊文化”;“羊文化”是以法及其善、义、美 (三字均以“羊”为文化内核 )为特质的法道德文化 ,充满着人类自觉的人文精神 ;

This paper points out that'mean','justice'and 'uprightness'are the original and general character,and the practical aim of law and virtue. It is also introduced in this paper that 'goodness','perfection'and 'righteousness'are the ideal state of virtue and law. At the same time,the paper shows that the aesthetics of virtue and law in ancient time originated from 'the Goat Culture','goodness','perfection'and 'righteousness'are the characters of this culture which is full of humanism,with law and virtue,running a state co complimentarily is the inevitable result of the unity of law and virtue in the ancient time.
