摘要
本文从现代远程教育与传统教学过程的比较,论述了建立现代远程教育自主性、个别化学习的模式,必须体现学员主体原则、媒体运用原则、模式多样化原则,为学员自主性、个别化学习铺路架桥,这是现代远程教育教学管理的根本任务。
By comparing with the traditional instruction, this paper holds that to establish the individual and ac-tive study mode should base on the principle of student's subjectivity, multi--medium employing, multi--mode.
