试论现代远程教育学习支持服务系统的建设

On Distance Study-supporting System

本文阐述了在我国现有条件下建立现代远程教育学习支持服务系统的重要性与必要性,着重论述了建构在学习中心、教师、学生三因素学习链基础上的学习支持服务系统建设问题。作者认为,学习资源、硬软件建设只是发展现代远程教育的物质基础和条件,而建立较完善的学习支持服务系统才是实现远程开放学习、提高远程教育质量的关键。

This paper elaborates on the importance and necessity of distance learning--support system, and em-phasizes the construction of study--supporting system based on the learning chain of learning center, teacher and learner.It holds that the study resource, hardware, software are materials and foundation of modern distance education, while le-arning support system is the key to the modern distance education.
