在燃气热腐蚀中铝硅涂层和镍基合金的高温耐蚀性

High Temperature Corrosion Resistance of the Al-Si Coating and Some Nickel Base Superalloys in Burner Rig Tester

摘要 叙述了某些镍基合金上铝硅涂层的高温耐蚀性。铝硅涂层的评定采用了RFL燃气热腐蚀试验装置,单铝涂层及某些镍基合金试样也用来试验对比。结果表明,在某些镍基合金上的铝磕涂层具有比单铝涂层为好的耐热腐蚀性能。 The high temperature corrosion resistance of the aluminum-silicon coating for some nickel base superalloys has been described in this paper. The aluminum-silicon coating was evaluated in RFL burner rig tester. The pack aluminized coating and uncoated samples were tested simultaneously for comparision. It is shown that aluminum-silicon coating exhibits a much better hot corrosion resistance than conventional pack aluminized coating for some nickel base supetalloys.
