摘要 概述了光纤喇曼放大器的发展情况、分布式喇曼放大器的原理和特性 ,重点阐述了掺铒光纤放大器与喇曼放大技术的组合应用 ;最后指出 ,这两种技术的组合应用能明显提高长距离光纤通信系统性能 ,使掺铒光纤放大器具有更广阔的应用前景。 This article summarizes the development of the fiber optical Raman amplifiers and theory and features of distributed fiber Raman amplifier,mainly describes the combined application of EDFA and DRA.Finally the article states that the combined application of DRA and EDFA can significantly increase the function of long distance transport system of fiber optical and hence enlarge the applicable area of EDFA.
