汉武帝时期官营工商业政策及其影响再认识——兼论中国历史上的封建统制经济

Recognition of the Policies on Government-run Industry and Commerce and Its Influence on Emperor Wudi Period of Han Dynasty

汉武帝时期为了筹措巨额对外战争经费 ,实行大规模的官营工商业政策。本文认为官营工商业是一种封建统制经济 ,它强调国家干预 ,便于组织财政收入 ,但不利于社会经济尤其是民间工商业与商品经济的发展 ,是中国古代社会经济发展缓慢且封建经济长期延续的主要原因。

Policies on government-run industry and commerce were implemented on a large scale in the Emperor Wudi period of Han Dynasty,for the sake of collecting a heavy outlay for external wars.The author holds that the system of government-run industry and commerce is a type of feudalistic controlled economy,which puts emphasis on state interference and collects financial revenue in a convenient way,but which does not benefit the development of social economy.Policies on government-run industry and commerce hinder the development of commodity economy,which is the main cause of slow economic growth and long feudalistic economic continuity in ancient China.
