摘要
从 2 0世纪 3 0年代美国经济学家沃尔什首创人力资本概念半个多世纪以来 ,人力资本的激励问题已成为经济学家和管理学家研究的重要内容之一。本文认为 ,人力资本的经济特征 ,决定了人力资本对个人功利性货币、非货币收入追求的无可争议性 ;结合中国金融企业面对WTO的人才战略 ,笔者认为应从薪酬机制、荣誉机制、竞争机制、感情机制四个方面来设计中国金融企业人力资本有效激励机制。
The incentive of human capital has been one of the most important problems that economists and academicians of management devoted themselves to in the past half a century since the American economist J.R.Walsh put forward the concept of human capital first.In the author's opinion,the ecoromic character of human capital determines that the monetary and nonmonetary income pursuit of human capital is undisputable.Taking talent strategy of Chinese financial enterprises facing WTO into consideration,the effective incentive mechanism of Chinese financial enterprises should be designed from salary mechanism,award mechanism,competition mechanism and emotion mechanism.
