头孢吡肟治疗各种中、重度细菌性感染的Ⅳ期临床试验

Phase Ⅳ trials of cefepime in treat-ment of various moderate or severe bacterial infections

目的 :评价头孢吡肟治疗各种中、重度细菌感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :多中心开放性临床观察 116 4例病人 (男性 813例 ,年龄 5 5a±s18a ;女性 35 1例 ,年龄 5 3a± 19a) ,静脉滴注头孢吡肟 1～ 2 g ,每日 2次 ,5～ 14d为一个疗程。结果 :总有效率为 82 .5 % ,不良反应发生率为 2 .0 %。结论 :头孢吡肟治疗各种中、重度细菌性感染的临床疗效确切 ,不良反应少 。

AIM: To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of cefepime in the treament of various moderate or severe bacterial infections. METHODS: In a multicenter open trial, 1164 patients (M813, age 55 a±s18 a;F 351, age 53 a±19 a)were give cefepime 1-2 g, iv drip, bid,5-14 d as a course. RESULTS: The total effective rate was 82.5 %. The rate of adverse reaction was 2.0 %, but was mild. CONCLUSION: Cefepime is effective for various moderate or severe bacterial infections.
