摘要
目的 探讨中脑导水管周围灰质内催产素与内源性强啡肽在痛觉调制中的相互关系。方法 以钾离子透入法引起大鼠甩尾反应的电流强度为痛行为反应的指标 ,观察向导水管周围灰质内注入催产素和抗强啡肽A1- 13血清 ,对动物痛阈的影响。结果 导水管周围灰质内注入催产素后 ,大鼠痛阈明显升高 ;而注入抗强啡肽血清后 ,对催产素的镇痛效应无显著影响。结论 导水管周围灰质内催产素在痛觉调制中发挥着重要的作用 。
Objective To study the effect of oxytocin(OT) on pain modulation in periaqueductal gray(PAG) and its relation to endogenous dynorphin A 1-13 .Methods The potassium iontophoresis induced tail-flick was used to measure the pain threshold.Results OT administration induced a enhancement of pain threshold . Furthermore,pre-injection of ADYNS in PAG not could weaken analgesia effect of OT.Conclusion These data suggest the enhancement of an algesia by OT is not dependent upon the dynorphin A 1-13 in PAG.
