自发性高血压大鼠黑质内注射谷氨酸钠的心血管效应

CARDIOVASCULAR EFFECTS OF GLUTMATE INJECTION INTO THE SUBSTANTIA NIGRA OF THE SPONTANEUSLY HYPERTANSIVE RAT

目的 观察自发性高血压大鼠中脑黑质神经细胞体兴奋的心血管效应。方法 给乌拉坦麻醉的自发性高血压大鼠黑质内微量注射L -谷氨酸钠 ,观察尾核内多巴胺水平和动脉血压、心率的变化。结果 黑质内注射谷氨酸钠后 ,引起自发性高血压大鼠尾核内多巴胺水平升高 ,动脉血压升高 ,心率加速。

Objective To observe cardiovascular effects of exciting cells in the substantia nigra (SN) of spontaneously hypertensive rat (SHR).Methods We injected glutamate into SN of the urethane anesthetized SHR then observed the changes of DA levels in caudate nucleus and blood pressure and heart rate. Results After the injections, the DA levels and blood pressure and heart rate were both significantly increased.Conclusion To excite the cells in the SN can produce obvious cardiovascular effects in the SHR.
