摘要
目的 研究钴肟类辅酶B12 模型化合物的合成。方法 用还原性烷基化方法合成烷基钴肟类辅酶B12 模型。结果 合成了一系列烷基钴肟模型物RCo (DMG) 2 ·L (R =i-C4 H9、n -C4 H9、n -C5H11、c -C6 H11、、Ph CH2 ,DMG =丁二酮肟 ,L =H2 O)。结论 产物用紫外可见光谱、一维核磁共振谱 (1HNMR)进行了表征 。
Objective The synthesis of alkyl coenzyme B 12 models.Methods The coenzyme B 12 modles of alkylcobaloxime were synthesized by standard reductive alkylation methods.Results A series of alkylcobaloxime complexes RCo(DMG) 2·H 2O,were R=i C 4H 9?n C 4H 9?n C 5H 11 ?c C 6H 11 ?Ph CH 2,containing the equatorical ligand dimethylglyoxime had been prepared.Conclusion The products were characterized by UV-visible and 1HNMR spectroscopy and the structures were proved.
