金属烤瓷修复体的失败原因分析

The Analysis on the Failing Reasons of Metal-porcelain Prostheses

目的 分析金属烤瓷修复体的失败原因。方法 对门诊接诊的 12 6例失败金属烤瓷修复体的病例进行原因分析。结果 在 12 6例失败病例中 ,瓷崩和瓷裂 67例 (5 3 .2 % ) ,基牙折断 2 3例 (18.3 % ) ,修复体脱落 2 0例 (15 .9% ) ,牙龈变色 7例 (5 .6% ) ,牙髓炎和根尖周炎 6例 (4 .8% ) ,食物嵌塞 3例 (2 .4% )。结论 金属烤瓷修复失败与临床设计、牙体制备及技术室制作有密切的关系。

Objectives To analyse the failing reasons of metal-porcelain prostheses.Methods To analyse the reasons on metal-porcelain prostheses of 126 failing cases.Results There were 67 cases (53.2%) of fracture and exfoliation,23 cases(18.3%) of fracture on abutment,20 cases(15.9%) of disengagement on prostheses,7 cases(5.6%) of color change on gingival,6 cases(4.8%) of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis,3 cases(2.4%) of food inpaction.Conclusion Failing of metal-porcelain prostheses may be related to clinical design,preparation and manufacture in technique room.
