摘要
1995~2000年,以18个苹果品种和15梨品种为试材,以茎尖培养结合热处理进行脱毒研究。用酶联免疫吸附法检测结果表明,苹果茎沟病毒和褪绿叶斑病毒脱毒率可分别达到75%以上和100%。现已获得16个苹果品种和6个梨品种的无病毒母本树。
During1995~2000,18apple varieties and15pear varieties were used for the study on elimination by combine the top -stem tissue culture with heat therapy.The examining result by ELISA showed that the elimination rates of ASGV(apple stem grooving virus)and CLSV(chlorotic leaf spot virus)were over75%and100%.Virus-free mother trees of16apple varieties and6pear varieties had been obtained in the study.
