摘要
从丙烯腈水合酶产生菌Nocardia .sp 16 3中分离到光滑型 (S)和粗糙型 (R)两种不同形态的菌落 ,经分析测定 ,两种菌落都能产生丙烯腈水合酶。其中光滑型 (S)菌落酶活力达 85 5 μmol/mL ,h高于粗糙型 (R)菌落酶活性的 14 % ,经t测验 ,当t0 .0 5=2 .36时 ,t=3.16 ,光滑型菌落的产酶特性达到显著效果。在催化腈水合生成丙烯酰胺的反应中 ,产生的杂质成分丙烯酸的含量低于粗糙型 (R)菌落的 5 1% 。
The studies show that Acrglonitrile Hydratase can be obtained from both colony(s) and colony(r) seperated from Nocardia.sp 163. The enzyme activity of colony(s) is 855μmol/mL.h, which is higher than that of colony(r) by 14%.In T test(when t 0.05 =2.36), t=3.16, the enzyme activity of colomy(s) is remarkable. In the production of Acrylamide by catalyzing Acrylonitrile with water, the foreign matter (Acrylic acid)content is 51% lower than that in the production involving colony(s). Therefore, the studies are significant in improving the yield as well as the purity of Acrylamide in production
