摘要
首先建立了该机体的有限元模型 ,并且对作用在该机体上的主要激励 ,如缸内气体压力、各种惯性力、活塞对缸套的侧击力和缸盖螺栓力进行了模拟 ,并计算了该机体的振动响应 ,得到了机体各节点的振动位移、振动速度和振动加速度 ,从而可以进行振动烈度评价。另外通过对ZH1110型柴油机机体振动响应进行分析 ,发现曲轴箱和气缸头部连接区域是该机体的薄弱环节 ,并针对性地提出了该机体的结构设计改进意见 ,使其达到等强度设计。其中有限元计算采用了MSC/Nastran软件。
Study on the forced vibration of a ZH1110 diesel cylinder block is carried out with Finite Element method. The various excitations on the diesel are simulated and the vibration responses of the cylinder block are worked out. It is shown that the conjunction area between the crankcase and the block head is the vulnerable spot.Based on the analysis some detailed advices are given about improvement modification of the cylinder block. The whole cylinder block will be iso strength after modification. MSC/Nastran software is employed in the computation.
